  10. 1. Description of Product

  12. SKUNNY - Experience the fastest, most exciting platform game released to the 
  13. market in years. Up to six levels of parallax scrolling, 3D rendered 
  14. animations.  The game contains more than 750.000 graphic elements and a 
  15. built-in level editor to create your own levels. Dozens of objects to interact 
  16. with: Gold Coins, Barrels, Ropes, Boosters, Pinball, Mine Car, Magic Carpet, 
  17. and Saw Blades, etc. Find hundred of secret passages, bonus levels and piles 
  18. of Treasure!  Requires 486+, 8MB and Sound Card.

  20. For the purposes of this document, 'program' refers to a playable demo version 
  21. of the software program being distributed with this document.  No right is 
  22. given by this document to copy, use or distribute any other version, including 
  23. any version that is registered. This program is NOT public domain or free 
  24. software, or freeware. The files included in this distribution set may not be 
  25. modified or deleted.

  27. 2.Distribution Limitations and Requirements

  52. Vendors MAY NOT distribute the program on CD-ROM without contacting us and 
  53. obtaining PRIOR written authorization to do so. We will require that the 
  54. vendor sign a vendor distribution agreement.  By distributing this program 
  55. without a written agreement, you may be held liable for a minimum royalty 
  56. of $3.00 per copy sold or distributed.

  58. 7. Software and Hardware Bundles -
  59. If you would like to bundle this program with other software or hardware 
  60. products (sound cards, monitors, etc.), please contact us! We appreciate 
  61. the opportunity to work with manufactures and resellers in new distribution

  64. 8. Other Distribution Methods -
  65. If you have a new idea for distributing the program, please contact us, we 
  66. are always eager to discuss new distribution methods.
